What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a pioneering new therapy developed by Marisa Peer after working with individuals for more than 30 years. Rapid Transformational therapy incorporates the most beneficial principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistics Programming (NLP) and cognitive behaviour. It is a ground breaking and revolutionary method of therapy involving neuro-plasticity to achieve rapid results. I am one of a limited number of therapists practising in Australia, having personally trained with Marisa Peer in London.

RTT is the treatment of today and the future; it’s fast, effective and can give you the results you want and need. The method is described below and in our FAQs (frequently asked questions).

The beliefs you form ultimately determine how you live your life. If you have limiting beliefs about whom and what you are, these beliefs will determine what you can be. Beliefs are stored in your subconscious mind. In order to change your beliefs, we need to access your subconscious mind; we do this by utilizing hypnotherapy and RTT to understand how, why and when beliefs were formed. Knowledge is power! This means once we have uncovered your limited beliefs we can remove them and replace them with new positive beliefs that benefit you.

How Does This Happen?

Through hypnotherapy, we will take you back through the corridors of your memory to gain an understanding of and insight into your beliefs. This means that rather spending weeks, months or even years in therapy, we can go to the root cause of your issues through direct dialogue with your subconscious mind.

Understanding is power, so once we have discovered the root cause of your belief, we can remove these old beliefs and habits and replace them with beliefs and habits that are beneficial to you by re-wiring and re-firing neurons in your brain. This is neuroplasticity.

How Your Sub-Conscious Mind Works

Your subconscious mind can be your friend or your foe! The role of your subconscious mind is to keep you from harm and move you toward pleasure. It is the storehouse of your memories and emotions, and keeps your body functioning.

Your subconscious mind responds to and learns from repetition by listening to the words you say to yourself and the pictures that you form in your head. It loves what is familiar.

This is why we continue to behave in the same way even though it’s not good for us. It’s what we are used to doing therefore we continue to do it. Through RTT we make the familiar unfamiliar and install new beneficial beliefs that replace old patterns and behaviours to your betterment.

We know the body affects the mind and that conversely the mind affects the body.
