Subconscious learns through repetition. (words) stories.  Re-frame your thoughts.

Yes, 2021 & 2022 have been difficult years – with so many people feeling isolated and having to substitute human contact with electronic communications.  It appears we are going out at the other end, however, because so many have had days, weeks, and months of repeated isolation their habits of thought and behaviour may have changed dramatically.

Our subconscious/unconscious mind is the keeper of all our thoughts and emotions, it is your memory bank that learns through repetition. This means that it listens to the words you say to yourself – these are the most important words that your subconscious will ever hear.  So ask yourself what are the words that you habituate over the past 2 years, are they positive, happy, nice, kind, loving, supportive, encouraging or are the filled with doubt and fear??

Your unconscious/subconscious mind is just like a computer, it can be programmed through repetition, and just as it can be programmed it can also be de-programmed and reprogrammed with new beliefs and habits.

If you have developed a habit of speaking to yourself about things that are not beneficial, are not positive or uplifting than understand that your words are POWERFUL, understand that you CAN DEFRAGMENT, and RE-PROGRAM you mind through collapsing synapses that have been fired and wired to a new belief.  Of course, there is a way to do this, if you would like to know more, please email me.
